• Observe the fundamentals of etiquette and service to visitors on the premises of the park, supporting an amicable workplace environment, greeting visitors politely and giving them relevant advice as necessary. • Provide visitors access to park premises based on purchased tickets. • Perform minor pre-sales preparations: check the amounts and types, perform unpacking and visual inspection etc. • Present souvenirs to visitors: acquaint them with the range, availability, terms of use, purpose, and manufacturing technology. Demonstrate souvenirs in action, talk about historical facts or legends, without distorting the information. • Calculate the purchase value per customer and issue the relevant receipt at the cash register, pack purchases in a branded bag and issue it to the customer along with the receipt. • Notify Management about any customer service deficiencies, shortages or unavailability of certain souvenir items. • Perform the reports for the Management. Requirements: • Eligibility to work in Cyprus: EU citizen/spouse to EU citizen; • Fluency in any language pair: Greek and English or Greek and Russian; • Perfect communication skills and ability to entertain large groups; • Knowledge of Medieval History would be considered an advantage.
