Operation Logistic Support Assistant

SeaBird Exploration Cyprus Limited is looking to recruit an employee for a six (6) months contract. Responsibilities: Monitor and follow up the Chartering Activities Assist with the renewal of insurances policies / covers Assist and follow up Port Agencies Agreements Cooperate with other departments and assist with the Travel Agencies Agreements Assist with office administration and supervision Requirements: BSc in Shipping or equivalent qualification Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Shipping Industry Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Able to commence work in short notice Demonstrate solid solving problems and analytical skills Ability to take initiative and deliver results in a timely and efficient manner Attention to details/accuracy Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office applications Fluent in English, written and verbally Please note that only short listed candidates will be contacted.
