Job description, tasks • Greet and serve as first point of contact for walk-in customers, as well as colleagues and partners coming from abroad; • Handle questions related to maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills and/or respective delegation of these tasks; • Organize office operations, procedures, schedule meetings and appointments; • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment; • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time; • Provide support to clients and colleagues visiting from abroad (including reservation handling, travel documentation preparation, etc.); • Type up and\or translate documentation as necessary. Requirements • Written and oral fluency in English, Russian and Greek; • A degree in business management or administration sphere; • Proficient user of MS Office package; • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work, as well as follow up on the status of open projects / problems / questions; • High attention to detail and problem solving skills; • Strong organizational and planning skills.
