DUTIES Employee’s duties include: All duties and obligations included at the Employment Agreement signed between the Employee and the Employer; Handling office reception, including but not limited to: answering the phone calls, preparing and sending faxes, filing, registering and distributing incoming correspondence, recording outgoing correspondence, collecting, sorting out and processing company’s mail; Making copies, including electronic copies; Preparing envelopes and dispatching documents via local and international courier services; Keeping filing room, kitchen, bathroom and other office premises in order; Replenishing office stationery supplies; Preparing board room for the meetings; Any other administrative work that may be delegated to the Employee; Preparation of company’s corporate documents (minutes, board resolutions, letters etc); Arranging for certification, apostil and legalization of documents; Submitting documents to and obtaining from local authorities; Budgeting, optimizing company’s expenses; Perform such duties and exercise such powers in relation to the Company and its business as the Managing Director of the Company shall from time to time assign to or vest in the Employee; Acting as nominee director, alternative nominee director, secretary, nominee shareholder, signatory to the bank account(s), authorized attorney or in any other position/post of a member of the Feldmans group of companies or any client’s companies of Feldmans group of companies from time to time, under the request and instructions of the Employer and resigning immediately from any of the said positions/posts upon the request of the Employer. PLACE OF WORK Company’s office, reception. ANNUAL LEAVE Employee shall be entitled to 21 paid business days of vacation per calendar year in accordance with applicable legislation, to be taken at a time or times convenient to the Employer. Employee is entitled to vacation only after 6 months of employment with company. REQUIREMENTS TO THE CANDIDATE Languages: English and Greek. Both fluent written and spoken\. Russian is an advantage. Experience in marketing is an advantage. Education: M/S, Diploma. Experience: At least 1 (one) year in corporate (fiduciary services) sector or law office in a similar position. Computer literacy: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Exel Character: active, initiative, intelligent, honest, reliable, loyal, having good memory, good organizational skills, neat, willing to learn, with high ethical standards, being able to work under pressure, being able to work alone and as a team member.
