Human Resource Manager – Limassol

Our client is an established Financial Services Company based in Limassol.

The successful candidate will manage and oversee the company’s Human Resources Strategy and Operation for Cyprus and their offices around Europe

These will include Policy Formulation, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, and Learning & Development

Job Description

  • Manage HR objectives with company strategy
  • Policy Formulation, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, and Learning & Development
  • Working closely with the Department managers to support operational excellence and maximize individual, departmental and organizational objectives
  • HR Policy & Procedures formulation
  • Strategic Planning
  • Retention & Recruitment
  • Organizational Effectiveness
  • Learning & Development
  • Performance Management
  • Compensation & Benefits – formulation of policy and implementation
  • Develop and maintain HR databases
  • HR Budget formulation

Required Experience

  • Ideally previous HR management within either a Forex company or financial services
  • Experience in an HR generalist role with exposure to EU employment legislation
  • HR practices in a diverse and multinational environment
  • Strategic planning
  • Good knowledge of compensation and benefit structures
  • Payroll systems knowledge
  • Fluency in both Greek and English language
  • Educated to Degree or equivalent (Human Resources or related)
  • Excellent Computer skills – Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level
